Knitting
On the second half of first
floor, we have a knitting unit of 4 imported
circular knitting machines and can derive
any type of cotton hosiery from them.
Presewing
This photo group captures
the composite nature of our garment manufacturing
and exporting facility. The CAD Patterning,
Band Knife cutting section and Embroidery
section are all housed in first floor. Garment
printing is located in third floor separate
building in back and of premises.
Sewing
As a long established Apparel
manufacturing exporter Loyal shows you 2 units
of sewing and finishing department. Employing
more than 250 workers and equipped with 300
power driven, state of art machinery. Loyal
can easily out 2.00,000 T-Shirts per month
with Knit fashion prints and embroidery.

And Ironing

high quality garment apparel with intense
